Pool Information & Application
 
IMPORTANT CHANGE FOR THE 2019 SEASON. PLEASE READ! Memorial Day weekend will be here before you know it and your Association wants to get you prepared for the 2019 pool season. 
 
Pool Hours:  The pool will be open from Saturday on Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.  Normal hours of operations are daily and weekends from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. except for Friday and Saturday (10 a.m - 9 p.m.).  Only residents in good standing may obtain pool passes.  

Before the pool opens, every owner must complete and return a pool pass application. This year, residents
that have retained their 2018 pool pass, can request a 2019 sticker. We encourage all residents to select this option since there is a $10.00 fee per replacement pool pass, payable upon request. Applications must be received by FirstService Residential before April 15, 2019, to ensure that your passes are processed in time for you to use on the pool's opening day. Applications may also be submitted online at: www.fsresidential.com/DCMetroPoolPass.
 
You will be denied access to the pool if your application is not sent to FirstService Residential, as instructed, and you are not issued a pass. Pool passes are processed via U.S. Mail only - no exceptions. If you submit your pool application by
April 15, 2019, but do not receive a pool pass by May 6, 2019, please contact FirstService Residential to check on the status of your passes. Please do not wait until Memorial Day weekend to inquire about your passes.

Pool access will be permitted only to those owners in good standing with the Association. If you are a tenant and your
landlord has outstanding assessments or uncorrected  violations, the Association will not allow you to use the  pool.  Members  who are not in good standing are not permitted to enter as another member’s guest. 
 
If you are renting your property, you may convey your right to use the pool to your tenant by completing the appropriate section of the pool pass application. Please provide a copy of your lease to management along with your application. Only owners OR renters can use the pool passes. If owners convey their rights to the pool to their renters, they will not be able to obtain pool passes. All applications must include an email address contact. Failure to include an email address will result in the application not being processed.
