UMCA BOARD SELECTS NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Click here to read Memorandum from President about for details.
Doggie Stations – Dear Dog Owners – Please be advised that due to the cost, we are in the process of switching over to new dispensers and a different type bag. The new bags are larger and they are about 1/8th the cost of the old bags. We have just a few of the old style bags left at this point, so the Gosling Drive dispenser may be stocked for a little while longer, but we might not have new dispensers and bags until sometime after the first of the year. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Special thanks to the Party Team for helping make the party a success which included Bob Cash (who solicited donations from local businesses), Aida Muzo, John Keenan, Jessica Card, Joan Devine, Isabella Muzo, Tanya Kumar, Brittany Cash, & Brooke Cash. Thanks also to the residents who brought a side dish or dessert. Thanks to the UM HOA for supporting and contributing to this event.
